(Offsite) Sep 2018 to Present (Full Time) Worked on RedBlack Rebalance, a comprehensive portfolio management platform that enables continuous portfolio monitoring, real-time pre- and post-trade compliance, intelligent cash and tax management, rapid rebalancing across thousands of portfolios, streamlined order management, and precise trade reconciliation — driving greater efficiency, risk reduction, and improved client outcomes.


My Roles and responsibilities

I was responsible for a broad range of user experience and front-end development tasks. I created detailed user personas and storyboards to human-centred design strategies, conducted extensive market research, and applied usability evaluation techniques such as card sorting and user interviews to guide product enhancements. My contributions extended to head instructional design, site architecture, wireframe creation, screen layout design, and the development of interactive prototypes each aimed at enhancing usability and user engagement. I also developed and maintained a comprehensive design system along with style guides to ensure visual and functional consistency across the platform. On the front-end development side, I ensured adherence to high-quality coding standards for HTML and CSS/SCSS, while also building and maintaining foundational HTML layouts that supported the product s architecture and streamlined the broader development process.

Through a series of acquisitions, Harman International—which was acquired by Samsung in 2017—absorbed Symphony Teleca, which had previously acquired Aditi Technologies. These acquisitions were focused on building Harman's software and services division, not on producing a specific consumer product named "Symphony".


My Roles and responsibilities

At Harman, I worked in the AI Connected Cars division, contributing to user experience initiatives for next-generation automotive interfaces. where I conducted in-depth user research, including contextual inquiries with clients, to better understand their workflows, needs, and challenges. In addition to this, I was also involved in the Symphony Summit project an enterprise application

At Aspect, I was actively involved in various user experience and front-end development activities. My responsibilities included conducting user studies, creating personas, and designing wireframes to support product planning and interface design. As part of the research process, I traveled to Ireland to conduct contextual inquiries, gaining direct insights from users in their work environment. In addition to UX work, I also contributed to front-end development using Kendo UI and jQuery, along with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, to bring the designs to life in a responsive and interactive web application.
